Can you lend a hand? Have you parenting experience - a mum, dad, grandparent? Would you like to share this experience? Can you spare 2 - 3 hours a week? If so, we could really do with your help. We have young families who just need a friend, someone who understands what its like being a parent, someone to talk to, someone to lend a hand.
