Job Description:

Aims of the Course:
- Set up Walking for Health Programmes within your local community groups using qualified Walk Leaders
- Lead safe & effective walks for people of all abilities
- Promote the many health benefits of regular walking

A regular programme of physical activity, combined with healthy eating and no smoking, will considerably reduce the risk of Hearth Disease, High Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis, Anxiety and Depression. But above all, walking is fun!!!
This course is suitable for anyone between the age of 18 and 75.
